This charming beachfront Caymanian style home is in the
exclusive residential and resort area of Cayman Kai/Rum
Point. Situated on a quiet, peaceful inlet of calm water, it is
perfect for the novice snorkeler or swimmer, yet is only a
short walk or boat ride away from magnificent reefs and
coral gardens abounding in brightly colored underwater life.
Within walking distance of beach bars, excellent restaurants,
watersport shop, tennis courts and a ferry service to the
Hyatt hotel and the famous Seven Mile Beach. About 5 other
restaurants and a grocery store etc. are within a 10 minute
drive. A lovely setting for poolside relaxation with a group of
friends or a large family gathering.
