General Information: The Seaside Condos are located in the 6-story Phase 1 Puesta del Sol Building. The Seaside Condos are just north of the Sunset Condos along oceanfront in sunny Cozumel. Just a little over a mile north of the central plaza, the Seaside Condos are convenient to town, the airport and the marina. Activities available at the condo include shore diving/snorkeling, dive boat pick up, swimming, sunsets, barbeque, and more.

Types of Units: 2 Bedrooms and 2 Baths sleeps up to 6 people.

The spacious master bedroom features several glass windows for spectacular ocean views. This bedroom contains one king size bed. The second bedroom has two double beds. Maximum occupancy here is 6.

The large "L" shaped living area includes a full living room. There is a dining room with seating for 4 as well as a breakfast bar with additional seating. The kitchen is modern with all appliances.
