Casa Angela has 20,000 square feet (6,000 of which is patio space) of private
but open living space on a small cliff 350 feet above Banderas Bay. It is at
the top of the Conchas Chinas enclave, a development of homes and condominiums
on the first major ridge line south of town. The enclave has just two entrances
from the main road, the first is less than a mile from the old town.
General Information: Its unique design will accomodate 4 (level 1 or 4 & 5), 6 (level 2 or 3), or 20 (entire home) with complete privacy. Two stairways, one outside and one inside, access the lower levels providing flexibility when configuring the property. Access to the inside stairway is locked when an apartment is rented separately. Casa Angela fits family reunions and business retreats equally well.
Types of Units: Casa Angela may be rented as one large unit or the two lowest apartments may be rented individually, separate from a 5 bedroom villa (the top 3 levels), that is: It can be rented as a 10 bedroom/11 bath villa; an 8 bedroom/9 bath villa separate from a 2 bedroom/2 bath apartment: or a 5 bedroom/6 bath villa separate from two separate apartments.
