General Information: Scattered on several acres overlooking the Atlantic Ocean is a colony of individual homes secluded in a lush, tropical setting on beautiful Marathon Key... Cocoplum Beach and Tennis Club. This cluster of homes features a unique, 2- story octagonal design. Cocoplum is a nice little hideaway in the Keys. It is an intimate resort which allows you to unwind or venture to Key West for history and culture. Much attention has been paid to the decor. The pool is the center of attention.

Types of Units: All are 2 bedroom units which accommodate 6 persons. Each has a completely equipped kitchen with laundry facilities in each unit.
