This gracious home is prominently located to take advantage of the
magnificent view of a pristine soft sandy beach with swaying palms,
sparkling crystal clear waters of the ocean and the gentle and
refreshing breezes of a warm Caribbean climate.
Situated in the exclusive residential resort area of Cayman Kai, which
is a scenic 40 minute drive from the airport and George Town, it is
within walking distance of casual beach bars, excellent restaurants,
watersports and tennis courts, and a short drive to a grocery store,
attractions and other good restaurants. It is also within swimming
distance of the most beautiful snorkeling grounds near and on the reef.

house and one in the studio cottage.
